Quincy Abramson has been with NHYM since 2018 and serves as the Development Director. She represents the movement in state and federal partner spaces, maintains funding relationships, creates, oversees, and fundraises towards our budget. She supervises NHYM's longterm strategic planning and coordinates our staff and internal structures.

Election night party after the 2020 presidential primary.

Queer liberation, dismantling the patriarchy, student debt.

Tristram Patoine (he/him)
Tristram Patoine (he/him) has been with NHYM since the Summer of 2018 and serves as the Co-Director of Communications. In his role, he leads on all traditional and (non-social) digital communications work, this includes all press and public narrative work, website and online shop maintenance and non-social media digital outreach.
What is your favorite memory with NHYM?
"Having our office building packed with NHYM members and friends the night of the 2020 NH Primary, the feeling in the room was electrifying as we celebrated our victory in having Bernie win NH that night."

Eva Ford (she/her)
Eva Ford has been with NHYM since the Fall of 2020 and serves as the Co-Director of Communications. She plans and designs the organization’s forward facing image through social media strategy, graphic design, video production and calculated messaging with Tristram, and create training content for leadership development around communications principles and best practices. She work closely with her Co-Director, Tristram, as well as the Organizing Department and Wellness Director, Ali.
What is your favorite memory with NHYM?
After a year of virtual life and predominantly virtual organizing, the first full-staff retreat I attended was the first time I felt intimately tied to the movement and the people with whom I was organizing. It was the first time I felt like I was surrounded by a group of people I didn't need to water myself for <3

The overdose crisis, dismantling the patriarchy, reproductive justice, access to quality education and healthcare

Ali Rodriguez-Murray (they/elle)
Alissandra Rodriguez-Murray (they/elle) has been with NHYM since the Summer of 2020, and serves as the Wellness & Culture Director. Ali acts as the main source of support and accountability in NHYM to ensure we provide an equitable, supportive, and joyful environment for both staff and volunteers. While anti-oppressive culture work is their main focus, Ali also regularly consults with partners and elected officials to help NHYM make programmatic decisions that are both just and strategic.
What is your favorite memory with NHYM?
The first director retreat we had after I came on staff was a great bonding opportunity, and we had an exciting moment of coming up with a specific legislative campaign that felt really powerful and winnable. While the campaign fell through, I'll never get the moment of passion and solidarity we felt working for a promising future together.
What issue are you most passionate about / Brought you to this work?
Defunding ICE + police + prisons, Housing + Healthcare for all, Climate Justice + Indigenous Sovereignty

Griffin Sinclair-Wingate (he/him)
Griffin Sinclair-Wingate has been with NHYM since its inception in 2017, and serves as the Strategy Director. In addition to overseeing fundraising and operations work, he works to ensure the day to day work of the organization is aligned with the overarching vision of the movement. Griffin grew up in Durham and attended college at the University of New Hampshire where he studied Environmental Economics and Political Science. As a student he was involved in the anti-war movement and led a fossil fuel divestment campaign. During the 2016 election he witnessed the power that young people have to sway elections in the New Hampshire and helped to launch New Hampshire Youth Movement.
What is your favorite memory with NHYM?
I think back to a night in 2017 when I was hanging out with the leadership team right after we found out NowThis had reported on our voting rights work. That was the night we realized NH Youth Movement was actually working. For a year we had talked about NH Youth Movement as a hypothetical. We spent a massive amount of time theorizing and planning but we hadn't actually done much publicly. When we saw our video racking up thousands of views NH Youth Movement become something real. That night was the first time we could look at our work say "we accomplished something import here."
What issue are you most passionate about / Brought you to this work?
Ending the climate crisis and making our economy work for everyone.

Sayles Kasten (he/him)
Sayles Kasten (he/him) has been with NHYM since the Summer of 2020 and serves as the Organizing Director. In his role, he manages NHYM’s base building, issue campaigns, and electoral campaigns. He also manages the hub coordinator team. His work is focused on both winning campaigns now and developing movement leaders for the long haul. Before NHYM, Sayles was active with Student Action and Sunrise Movement.

“I loved our coalition action when we occupied the state house to resist Sununu’s far right budget in the summer of 2021. Direct action gets the goods”

In managing NHYM's staff operations, he makes sure that we're running smoothly and our people are cared for.

"Losing my voice chanting 'I believe that we will win!' with a packed room of NHYM leaders after watching Bernie win NH. I still believe that we will win."

Came to organizing through the climate justice movement, came to climate justice through life changing experiences in the outdoors and wild places.

Morgan Brown has been with NHYM since Spring 2022 and is the Deputy Organizing Director. She works with the Organizing Director to plan and support event organizing, field campaigns, and continuing to build NHYM's base. Her work involves managing summer field organizers to engage voters in electing down ballot progressive candidates. She will be implementing, managing, and mentoring NHYM chapters on college campuses in Fall of 2022!
What is your favorite memory with NHYM?
My first in-person experience with NHYM was the Spring Leadership Summit and I remember thinking "wow, we are really going to create change." It was the first time that I was completely immersed with other young people that were motivated, dedicated, and passionate about transforming our communities and it empowered me to become more involved in legislature.

Erika Perez (they/them)
Erika Perez has been with NHYM since the fall of 2020 and is our Deputy Political Director. They lead the movement in the legislative session. Find bills and LSRs that we want to support and oppose. They powermap our state legislators and work closely with the organizing department to make sure we are doing everything we can to meet our goals.
